By using the ParallelPaws app or website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The service
ParallelPaws offers a parallel-world AI cat companion experience (room presence, diary, letters, stylized art, collectible cards). It is companionship-first. It is not medical care, diagnosis, or a substitute for veterinary care.
2. Accounts
You may sign in with Apple or Email, or use guest play where allowed before merging. Keep your device and sign-in methods secure. Report unauthorized use to [email protected].
3. Gold Bell Pass (auto-renewable subscription)
Full twin raising requires an active Gold Bell Pass (In-App Purchase / auto-renewable subscription). Prices and periods are shown in the App Store. USD anchors: Weekly $3.9, Monthly $11.9, Quarterly $29.9, Yearly $99 (local currency set by Apple).
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation.
- Renewal: unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends, the subscription renews and is charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage/cancel in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
- Quotas: text is comparatively soft-capped; image and video generation may have hard daily caps.
- After lapse: browse/download existing assets only — no new raising, chat, or generation.

4. Your content
You retain rights to your photos and writing. You grant us a limited license to process them as needed to run the service. Do not upload content you lack rights to, or illegal / infringing material.
5. Acceptable use
- No abuse, reverse engineering, or quota evasion.
- No harassment, fraud, or illegal use of outputs.
- Do not market ParallelPaws as a medical tool.
6. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted or error-free service, and are not liable for indirect damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to amounts you paid for the related subscription in the prior twelve months (if any).
7. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account per the Privacy Policy. We may suspend access for violations or safety.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operating entity, without limiting mandatory consumer protections.
