App Store & download

ParallelPaws is iOS-first. Site download buttons point to the App Store listing. If the listing is not public yet, the link may not open — email us about TestFlight or launch timing.

Gold Bell Pass

• Billing is handled by Apple. Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• After canceling, pass benefits (1000 credits / week) continue until the period ends. Then the room stays open at 50 credits per week.
• Use in-app Restore Purchases when needed.

How to delete your account

1. Open ParallelPaws.
2. Tap the room gear → Account & code.
3. Choose Delete account & cloud data and confirm.

If you cannot sign in, email [email protected] with subject “Delete account” and verifiable account details.

Health & privacy

This app does not connect to Apple Health / HealthKit. Water, sleep, and meals are logged by hand. We do not provide medical advice and do not replace veterinary or clinical care. See thePrivacy Policy.
